The “BBQ Rig” is a food truck that serves East Texas-style barbecue, run by Pitmaster Kurt Alldredge. He’s been featured on Food Network’s “Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives”. The BBQ Rig is known for its unique menu items, including the “Pineapple Express” and “Ultimate Whole Hog,” and for serving up authentic East Texas barbecue, despite being located in California.
